things just happen unexpectedly.
not in mood to blog at all. (sorry but please don't ask why)
so i should just keep my post short and sweet.
after a month of kayaking holiday, i'm back for training.
just as i expected, my stamina and everything else dropped to the minimal point.
but i'm lucky enough to survive through the run and rowing.
and i'm totally flatten out at the end of the day, with aching shoulders and back.
all right, i shall complain no more.
since i'm in the same state as everyone else.
training tomorrow!
